1.When can we check into the cabin?

Our check-in begins at 3:30pm and ends at 8:00pm. We try to have the cabin ready at this time. In rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control may delay the check-in time slightly. But rest assured, you will be able to check into the cabin as soon as the cabin is clean and inspected.

2.When do we need to check-out of the cabin?

Check-out time is 11:00am. We have a very high standard of cleanliness. In order to provide you with a cabin that meets our standards, we must have ample time to thoroughly clean our cabin between each guest, therefore we must enforce our check-out time.

3.What is provided in the cabin?

Our cabin is fully furnished with luxury amenities. All linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee, teabags, filters, sugar & creamer are all provided for your convenience. We also provide an initial supply of paper products that includes toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher detergent. These are intended as "starter" items and will not be adequate for lengthy stays.

4.What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?

First of all please be sure and read all policies carefully before making a reservation as to not waste your time or mine. If you are needing to change dates we will gladly move dates if available and if you do so at least 14 days prior. If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days from your stay there will be NO REFUND. All cancellations will be charged a $35.00 processing/cancellation fee.

5.Do you accept pets?

We do not permit pets on the property or to enter the cabin. NO PETS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
